When will my order ship?
Subscription orders are freshly roasted and shipped on the 15th of each month. If the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday, subscriptions will ship on the nearest business day. To be included in the current month’s shipment, orders must be made at least 7 days prior to shipment date, all other orders will be shipped the following month.
Can I buy a subscription for someone else?
You can gift a coffee subscription to someone else! Make sure to input the contact info and address for the recipient when asked for the shipping details. This will ensure that the gift coffee subscription arrives at the correct address each month! The purchaser will receive an email that can be printed or forwarded to the gift recipient.
Can I cancel my subscription?
These prepaid subscriptions are non-refundable and cannot be canceled. This ensures we can have your coffee freshly roasted on time at a lower price. No need to worry about reoccurring charges, price increases, or saving a payment method!
How much am I saving?
The longer your subscription, the more you save on coffee. 3-Month subscriptions save 10%, 6-Month subcriptions save 15% and 12-Month subscriptions save 20%. Plus, all subscriptions ship for free!
