Our 2026 Holiday Roast is the perfect way to celebrate the season while giving back. This year, we're proud to announce our first Regenerative Organic Certified® coffee, with $1 from each bag or bulk pound sold being donated to Growing Gardens.
This washed process coffee from Colombia is roasted to a medium level with cozy tasting notes that remind us of caramel and plum. Brew it for your family or gift it to your favorite barista. Whether it’s poured from a French press or pulled as espresso, it’s sure to brighten their day! ✨

Origin
Our 2026 Holiday Roast was grown by the Cooperativa Multiactiva de Asociaciones Agropecuarias del Tolima — an association of 379 small farms in Tolima, Colombia.
Each producer has their own micro-mill where they carefully harvest, depulp, ferment, wash, and dry coffee cherries on raised beds. Their exquisite farm management and post-harvest practices deliver pristine, consistent coffee with delicious flavor. -

Giving back has long been part of who we are at PCR. Over the years, our Holiday Roast has helped support organizations making a positive impact.
For our 30th anniversary, we’re celebrating the complete circle — from the coffee farm to our backyard. We're proud to announce this year’s Holiday Roast is a Regenerative Organic Certified® coffee, grown with practices that focus on restoring soil health.
Here at home, our 2026 Holiday Roast supports Growing Gardens, a Portland nonprofit growing food in schools, backyards and correctional facilities to cultivate healthy, equitable communities. For every bag or bulk pound sold, $1 will be donated.

30 years of growth
This year marks our third year partnering with Growing Gardens, and it’s an especially meaningful one, because we’re both celebrating our 30th anniversary. To mark the milestone, we’ve been helping Growing Gardens plant 30 garden beds across Portland.

Regenerative Organic Certified® starts with the USDA Certified Organic standard as a baseline, then adds requirements built around three pillars: Soil health and land management: Farming practices that rebuild healthy soil, like cover cropping, crop rotation, composting and low- to no-till methods, with no persistent chemical pesticides or fertilizers. Animal welfare: High standards for the humane treatment of animals on the farm. Farmer and worker fairness: Fair treatment and working conditions for the people who grow and harvest the crops. It’s considered one of the highest standards for organic agriculture in the world. That means every cup of this year’s Holiday Roast supports healthier land for the people who grow and harvest it.
