Each year, we craft a limited edition blend that reflects this special time in Portland. It’s a season of connection, transformation, and a chance to pause and appreciate the changing winter months.

We’re excited to announce our 2026 Bridge Blend – a delicate blend of coffees from Ethiopia and Peru, absolutely blooming with flavor. While outstanding on their own, you’ll notice these two coffees bridge together in a delightful way, creating a cup that’s cozy and unique.

Peru + Ethiopia = ❤️

Bridge Blend is a balanced 50/50 blend of coffees from Ethiopia and Peru. Each region is renowned in its own right, and while delicious on their own, when these coffees come together - they create a special, unique brew perfect for changing seasons.

The Ethiopia component comes from a Tega & Tula - named after the two neighboring villages. This certified organic coffee farm was founded in 2000 by Ahead Woubshset, with a mission to preserve the regions natural ecosystem while supporting the local community though sustainable coffee production. This washed lot from Tega & Tula uses handpicked cherries that are carefully sorted, eco-depulped, fermented for about 60 hours, and sun-dried on raised beds. The process produces a clean, bright cup with a lighter body and clear flavor clarity.

The other half of Bridge Blend is from PRONATUR in Peru. Since 1998, PRONATUR has driven organic crops by organizing 304 small coffee farms throughout the high-elevation regions of Peru where coffee grows. PRONATUR guarantees ecological small growers´ organizations a secure market, promotes a better quality of life for them and their loved ones, socio-economic development, and institutional and economic strengthening in their organizations.
