Our Organic Ethiopia originates in the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia, this washed coffee varietal, named "Tsebel" by our importing partner, loosely translates as "holy water."

Our Organic Ethiopia is our lightest, brightest single-origin coffee. With notes of citrus, black tea, bergamot, and a floral finish.
