Mt. Tabor is one of Portland’s most vibrant neighborhoods, and so we named a coffee after it: full bodied with mild acidity, mellow smoky and black pepper notes, and a hint of lemon sweetness. Similar to a traditional Mocha Java blend, this is a blend of coffees from Ethiopia and Sumatra.
